JT Media Care Hire Pro Software Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how JT Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our Care Hire Pro Software ("the Software"). By signing up for and using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1.1. Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
For Healthcare Professionals we help you hire: Name, contact information (address, email, phone number), professional licenses, certifications, qualifications, work history, references, background check results, and other information relevant to employment applications.
For Healthcare Providers (Employers): Name of organization, contact person's name and contact information, organizational details, hiring needs, and payment information.

1.2. Usage Data
We may collect information about how you access and use the Software, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.

1.3. Device Information
Information about the device you use to access the Software, such as device type, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes, including:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Software.
  • To facilitate the hiring process between healthcare professionals and healthcare providers.
  • To improve, personalize, and expand our Software.
  • To understand and analyze how you use our Software.

  • With Healthcare Providers (Employers): If you are a healthcare professional, your profile and application information will be shared with healthcare providers who are actively seeking to fill positions.
  • With Healthcare Professionals: If you are a healthcare provider, relevant details about your job openings and organizational needs may be shared with healthcare professionals.
  • Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Software, provide the Software on our behalf, perform Software-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Software is used. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
  • Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred. If required by law, we will provide notice before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Our Software does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

7. Links to Other Sites

Our Software may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

8. Waiver of Liability

By using the JT Media LLC Care Hire Pro Software, you acknowledge and agree that JT Media LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Software; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Software; (iii) any content obtained from the Software; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Arbitration Clause

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by Mediation and Civil Arbitration, Inc. d/b/a RapidRuling (www.rapidruling.com) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules effective at the time a claim is made, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Arbitrators shall be appointed by RapidRuling. The place of arbitration shall be Dallas, Texas and any hearing shall be held via video or telephone conference. The parties agree that no objection shall be taken to the decision, order or award of the tribunal following any such hearing on the basis that the hearing was held by video or telephone conference. The parties consent to electronic service of process, with service to be made to the following email addresses jakekoster505@gmail.com and the email address associated with the account. All such service of process may come from the opposing party’s email listed here, efile@rapidruling.com. The parties shall list all said email addresses as “safe senders” (or other whitelist) and are responsible to check their “SPAM” and “junk” type incoming messages on a daily basis.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Software, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
